If using at home, and not on an A-Frame, please ensure your rigging point is installed by a QUALIFIED rigger & ideally load rated. Aerial fitness can be highly dangerous if your equipment is not installed correctly.

To select which hoop size is best suited to you, we recommend that you sit on a chair, with good posture and have someone measure from the seat of your chair to the top of your head. Then add 5cm (50mm) and select the Hoop/Lyra closest to that measurement for a good fit - if you have any questions, please email sales@x-pole.com.au before purchasing.

Please DO NOT install your own hooks / dynabolts / anchor points. For your own safety - it is worth spending the money to have your equipment rigged correctly!
