Does the job perfectly. I would suggest that everyone get one, even if you have a ceiling that is suitable for the dome (mine isn't).

Solid & reliable
This ceiling mount is much more solid & reliable than the dome roof fitting, & less obvious. No worrying that it will slide off if not fitted properly & much less chance of the pole being bent from being under pressure between the roof dome & the floor fitting. Got my full approval.
