Release Tool - Pair Specially designed for the tightening and release of X-POLE tubes these release tools are used by schools and professional teachers. The C cup goes round the X-POLE and is held securely in place by a steel pin, which goes through the X-POLE tube. With its extended handle, increased pressure can be applied to the tube releasing it without damage. The X-POLE release tools, which are incredible value for money, are supplied in pairs and are especially ideal for solo teachers and people putting up and removing dance poles on their own. Can be used with any original X-POLE up to 50mm in width that has tube release holes (minimum 6.5mm).

My house mate and I snapped two thick Stanley flat heads trying to crack an extension piece on her xpert which was done up incredibly tight from previous use.
Ordered the release tool and cracked the two pieces instantly and with almost no exertion at all. Such a simple solution compared with the hours we'd wasted trying to crack it by hand and with screw-drivers.
Essential piece to throw in the kit if you're putting up or taking down your xpole for parties etc. - will save a lot of time and effort if your extension pieces get wound up beyond hand tight.
