are used for Aerial Yoga/Fitness, hung from low heights to the floor, the hammock is used to support the participant whilst they stretch, flip and hang upside down.

Aerial Yoga is famous for decompressing the spine and assisting flexibility. Our Aerial Hammocks are 3m in width and 5m in length. The hammocks are washable and do not lose colour or stretch once washed.

Our recommended weight limit on these frames is 75kg including the hoop or silks. This is by the Australian 10:1 ratio.

USING THE A FRAME FOR DOUBLES, SWINGING OR DROPS IS NOT RECOMMENDED

**PLEASE BE ADVISED THE A-FRAME NO LONGER INCLUDES AS STANDARD, THE FIGURE 8 CONNECTOR**

Instead of the figure 8 connector, the use of daisy chains and straps are recommended to connect your aerial apparatus to avoid adding unnecessary weight to your A-Frames structure.
